Made the 20 mile drive in the dark from Panguitch in pretty bad snow covered roads hoping for clear skies at sunrise. The sun broke through about 5 minutes after sunrise, only about 6 or 7 people up there to witness this incredible morning. The -9C temps and wind were probably a deterrent!
